## Prescription Care bundle details

**Prescriptions**
Any prescription, supplement, remedy prescribed by a veterinarian to treat a covered condition or illness. This does not include prescription food, preventative medication or prescribed medication to treat Behavioral Conditions.

**Illness policy coverage**  
Illnesses  
Such as infections and symptoms of sickness like vomiting or diarrhea.

**Diagnostics**  
Such as physical examinations, blood tests, urinalysis, x-rays, MRIs, lab work, CT scans, ultrasounds, and behavioral exams.

**Procedures**  
Required outpatient, specialty and emergency care; required hospitalization, post-procedure in-hospital care, prosthetic limbs, devices and mobility aids, Vet exam fees including emergency room fees, cancer treatments, and surgery.

**Medications and medical supplies**  
Injections and prescription medications, supplies required to perform medical procedures and other medically necessary supplies.

**Other Coverages**  
Medically necessary endodontic treatment for dental injuries or illnesses, euthanasia where deemed necessary for humane reasons, and cremation costs.

**Repeating or Chronic Conditions**  
Such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, and skin conditions.

**Genetic or Hereditary Conditions**  
Such as elbow and hip dysplasia, hernias, and blood and eye disorders.

## Add-on availability for Odie policies depends on your original plan.

Vaccination endorsement provides reimbursement up to a $100 annual limit per policy term for eligible vaccinations when administered by a licensed veterinarian.
